In social countries have common property and funds that are self-sustaining infusion of new public funds and property of the Society of the country. All processes require monitoring failures, settlement and clearance statistics. Such data are a guarantee for the society, that their money paid in taxes went to the destination. Statistics in Social country should occupy a whole section in the media and in the reports of the Government. The lack of statistical information on the processes of the country allows officials to make corrupt acts and by region monopolize many relationship between the population of the region.
